The short version

Oops, Laundry helps you track laundry, timers, reminders, and shared household activity. Use it kindly, keep important real-world judgment in the loop, and remember that notifications and cloud updates can be delayed by device or network conditions.

Using Oops, Laundry

You may use the app for personal and household purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple’s applicable terms. You are responsible for the load names, household names, and other content you enter, and for deciding who you invite to a shared household.

Oops, Laundry Plus

Oops, Laundry Plus may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price shown by the App Store in your region is the price that applies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your App Store account, manages renewals and refunds, and provides controls to cancel or manage a subscription. A lifetime purchase unlocks the included Plus features for the supported lifetime of the app and is not a promise that every future feature or service will be included forever.

You can use Restore Purchases in the app to ask Apple to restore eligible purchases. Except where required by law, purchase and refund decisions are handled by Apple.

Shared households

Shared households use Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services. A Plus owner may create and manage one shared household, while invited participants can join and use that household without purchasing Plus. A person may also join multiple households and switch between them; their private My Laundry room remains separate.

Cloud synchronization, invitations, notifications, widgets, and Live Activities depend on Apple services, network access, device settings, and background-delivery decisions outside Mostly Good’s control. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical timing.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We try to preserve your useful local and shared data when features or purchase status change, but no software or cloud service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use them in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app and website handle information.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oops, Laundry is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mostly Good is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The effective date at the top will change when material updates are made. Continuing to use the app after an update means the revised terms apply.
