Your laundry is your business.

The short version

Oops, Laundry is designed to keep your laundry data private. The app stores load details and preferences on your devices and, when enabled, in your private iCloud account. Mostly Good does not sell your data.

Information the app handles

The app may handle the names you give laundry loads, their current stages and history, timer settings, notification preferences, household names, an optional activity display name, and related app settings. This information is used to provide the laundry tracking experience.

iCloud

When iCloud is available and enabled, Apple’s CloudKit service stores app data in your iCloud account. If you create or join a shared household, Apple shares that household’s loads and activity with its invited members. Your private My Laundry room is not silently moved into a shared household. Apple’s terms and privacy policy govern CloudKit, and Mostly Good does not receive your iCloud credentials.

Notifications and Live Activities

Timer reminders and Live Activities are generated to help you keep laundry moving. Notification content may appear on your device’s Lock Screen according to your iOS privacy settings.

App analytics

The app may use Mostly Good Metrics to understand product interaction and reliability, such as whether onboarding was completed, a feature was opened, or an offering loaded successfully. These events use a random installation identifier and are not linked to your identity.

Analytics events are designed not to include laundry names, household names or identifiers, CloudKit record identifiers, Apple IDs, purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, or activity display names. Mostly Good does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking and does not sell it.

Purchases

Apple processes all App Store purchases and payment information. The app uses RevenueCat to load available products and determine whether Oops, Laundry Plus is active. RevenueCat may process product identifiers, purchase and entitlement status, an anonymous app-user identifier, and limited app or device diagnostics. Mostly Good does not receive your full payment-card information.

Website analytics

This website may use Mostly Good Metrics to understand basic, aggregate activity such as page views and App Store button taps. The site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell visitor information.

Your choices

You can use the private laundry room without creating a shared household. You can leave shared households from the app, manage notification permission in iOS Settings, manage purchases through your App Store account, and delete app data from your devices and iCloud using Apple’s available controls.

Children

Oops, Laundry is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the app changes. The effective date at the top will change when material updates are made.
